The Adult Social Care service in Surrey County Council, in association with Woking and Surrey Heath Borough Councils, would like to invite you to attend an event to explore what personalisation will mean for those who deliver services and support in the Woking and Surrey Heath areas.

In the future, personalisation will be the cornerstone of public services. This means that every person in Surrey receiving support, funded by statutory services or by themselves, will have choice and control over that support.

It will mean that people are able to live their own lives as they wish; confident that services are of high quality, are safe and promote their own individual needs for independence, wellbeing, and choice. This is a radical transformation of how care and support is delivered, and it provides new opportunities for local organisations and businesses who have services to offer.

Are your services in line with what people should come to expect under the personalisation agenda? What will need to change and how? Can we do this together?
